Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all products, with the exception of chairs, which are available for pickup or free delivery within Ontario only.

Orders within Canada are shipped via Chit Chats. Delivery timelines vary by location and will be shared at checkout and in your confirmation email. You’ll also receive tracking information once your order is on its way.

For U.S. orders, we ship via UPS. Please note that customs or import fees may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll always keep you updated.
