Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale.

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@neilhomedecor.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once your request is received, we’ll respond within 2 business days to confirm eligibility and provide return instructions, including where to ship your item.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method, minus return shipping (if applicable).

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
